No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (oral dissolving supplement strips), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Why We Have This Policy
As a health and wellness company, we prioritize the safety and integrity of our products. Once our supplement strips leave our facility, we cannot guarantee that they have been stored properly or remain uncontaminated. For your safety and the safety of all our customers, we cannot resell returned products.
Each package of STRIPLABS strips is carefully manufactured and sealed to ensure freshness and efficacy. Accepting returns would compromise our commitment to delivering only the highest quality products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@strip-labs.com. Include photos of the damaged items and your order number. We will review your case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
